Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key roles, functions & accountabilities)
Monthly management accounting reports on South China region with explanation on variance between actual and budget / forecast.
Annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting on income statement of South China region.
Analyze sales, expenses and/or profitability for South China region as required by operations heads and / or top management
Develop, maintain and improve analytical models
Review and reconcile data in various internal system
Support other ad-hoc assignments as required
Required Skills & Qualifications (What skills are required for this position)
Degree in Accounting / Business Studies or related disciplines
At least 3 years of relevant experience in sizable organization
Regional exposure with strong analytical skills and business acumen will be an asset
Able to meet deadlines under pressure and work independently with an approachable manner
Pro-active, detail-oriented, result-oriented, self-motivated and adaptable to changes in a fast moving environment
Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Good presentation skill and proficiency in written and spoken English is a must.
