DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES岗位职责描述：
Responsible for edit technical specifications and operating requirements in painting shop
负责制定涂装车间使用的涂料的技术规格和作业性要求；
The establishment, modification, the product coating (BOM), auxiliary materials consumption quota table;
编制、修改各产品涂料定额表（BOM表）、辅料消耗表；
Be responsible for the import of new color/coating and coating of the incoming inspection
负责新颜色/新涂料的导入工作和涂料的进料检验；
Coordinate handling various technical problems in the processing of production line, and put forward from the Angle of coating/material production lines and improve efficiency and qualified rate, reduce the cost of improving Suggestions
协调处理生产线出现的各种技术问题，并从涂料/材料的角度提出提高生产线生产效率和合格率，降低成本的改善建议
Prepare related work instructions and all kinds of process documents
编制相关的作业指导书和各类工艺文件
QUALIFICATIONS岗位基本要求
Bachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering is the best;
本科以上学历，理工科专业***；
Min.3 years working experience in auto paint industry, should familiar with painting technology and ABB paint robot technology;
三年以上汽车喷涂涂料相关工作经验，熟悉喷涂工艺，具备ABB喷涂机械手技术经验；
Should know paint shop safety production operation specification;
了解喷涂车间安全生产操作规程
Should proficient in OFFICE software;
能熟练使用OFFICE办公软件。
Good English skill,
英语水平良好；
