主要负责林肯项目

岗位职责：

1、Collect and analyze data and develop product, process or business proposals to management;收集和分析数据并向管理层提交产品、流程和商务方面的方案；

2、Interface with marketing, quality and homologation departments to understand competitive/ legislative trends and ensure alignment into program; 与市场、质量和法规部门密切联系以了解竞争对手/法规的趋势并确保项目目标附和趋势的发展方向；

3、Liaise with local marketing, design and engineering to establish whether any local product changes required;协同本地市场、设计和工程部门确认产品变更需求；

4、Run local product feature content change meetings; 主持产品配制内容变更会议；

5、Interface with cross-functional teams to understand program issues and co-ordinate processes to work to a resolution;与各职能部门紧密联系以了解项目状态，并协调各部门解决存在的问题；

6、Establish and review team processes, making recommendations for process improvements;建立和审核项目工作流程，并提出相应的改进建议；

7、Support in program assumption cascade to cross functional teams;将项目信息发布给各职能部门；

8、Ensure latest information to support program implementation is available in various databases (e.g. eRoom, w drive, GPLUS etc) and that team is aligned with updates;确保各种数据库中的信息为最新状态以支持项目的执行（如数据中心,公共盘,项目信息中心等），并且确保项目成员使用一致的信息；

9、Develop presentation/review documentation for team information;制定所需的项目文件与项目成员共享；

10、Generate meeting agenda and minutes for program forums including weekly TPR and EC meetings. 制定包括每周项目例会和管理层会议在内的会议议程和整理会议纪要。

任职资格：

1、Strong analytical skills; 较强的分析能力；

2、Must work well in a team and be enthusiastic and flexible; 有较强的团队合作意识；

3、Good written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English; 良好的中英文笔头和口头交流能力；

4、Able to develop and present data and information in a concise and neat manner; 能够制定各种准确简洁的数据信息文档；

5、Good level of MS Office skills; 能熟练使用各种办公软件；

6、Able to take initiative to lead projects to support program implementation; 能够有意识的推动与支持项目的执行；

7、Willingness to learn new processes and skills; 具有学习新流程和技能的意愿；

8、Experience of program/business development processes preferred but not essential.有项目和商务管理经验者优先。
