Education:

□根据招聘流程完成O级员工招聘；

Responsible for recruiting operator according to recruitment process;

□维护HRIS系统人员入职、离职、转正信息，确保数据库信息准确；

Maintain HRIS data correctly for operator;

□监控公司派遣员工人数，及时安排转正，确保派遣员工人数低于公司总人数10%；

Arrange sub-contract operator transfer to contract operator to ensure Sub HCs below than 10% of company total HCs.

□完成O级员工试用期、合同期评估，合同续签；

Responsible for probation and contract review for operator;

□根据公司规定及相关法律法规办理O级员工离职手续；

Responsible for termination process for operator according to company policy and labor law;

□员工考勤统计与周加班报表.

Attendance record consolidation and weekly OT report.
