Essential responsibilities

Ensure a fast and reliable corrective maintenance for blocked machines

Ensure that the maintenance spare part stock include all needed materials to allow an effective corrective maintenance

Ensure a good cooperation between maintenance and production

Regular checking of preventive maintenance work of workers

Monitoring of improvements of reliability of machines

Plan & do the activities according to the plant policy & strategy & Target

Coach maintenance workers to accomplish an effective work with high efficiency

Accomplish the tasks assisting Production manager

Monthly reporting including maintenance KPI and action plan to reach targets defined

Regular evaluation of maintenance team

Create & optimize & implement internal training plan/content for maintenance guy especially for recruit

Support other department in technique

Recruiting of new maintenance staff

Ensure that the maintenance spare part stock include all needed materials to allow an effective corrective maintenance

Educational Background

Bachelor degree in Electrical, Mechanical or related majors

Electrical license

Reading Electrical, Mechanical & Pneumatic drawing

Training required by customers: Crimping norm VW60330

Technical Skills

Experience in precision mechanics

Familiar with electric and mechanical knowledge

Office software, Excel, word, Powerpoint

Desired skills:

5S

P-FMEA, M-FMEA

Safety administrator license

Language Skills

Good at English both written and speaking
