工作职责

• 从公司物流系统中获取收据，归纳总结和问题根据需求制作报表

• 汇总制作物流部门KPI报表

• 与海外业务部门保持紧密联系，协助部门达到KPI要求

• 参与和协助物流业务部门运营

任职要求

• 大专或以上学历，物流管理或行政管理类专业优先

• 英语读写流利，能熟练阅读和书写英文邮件

• 熟练操作Excel等办公软件，对数据敏感

• 学习能力强，性格正直，具有高度责任感和逻辑思维能力

• 如具备相关工作经验或货代行业工作经历者可获聘为主管级

Duties:

• Provide data check & analysis by using various operating systems

• Generate operation KPIs report according to business requirements

• Communicate and ensure the local office operations meet the required KPI standard

• Assist in initiating any operational activities

Requirments

• Diploma or above in Logistics Management , Operations Management or related disciplines

• Good command of computer literate, sensitive to data and KPI

• Able to write or communicate in English

• Willing to learn, be honesty, logical and careful

• Related forwarding working experiences will be hired as Supervisor
