工作职责及内容 Responsibilities:

-Take charge of daily production management in C&L area SQDCM, etc

-Responsible for operator’s arrangement and management of C&L area

-Maintain KPI leather yield rate , LMPU/TPU, DPMU meet target

-Implementation Kanban

-Keep the APS running in C&L area, e.g. handle workshop etc.

-Coordinate with related function, ex. quality, process, maintenance and logistics

-Responsible for operator’ training, enhance operator’s quality consciousness

-Train and coach team leader, operator and other related people

- Ensure stock taking  accuracy, and analysis variance

- Continues improvement

-  Achieve tasks from his supervisor , e.g. 1P1P,GPP etc.

专业技能要求Technical Skill Requirements：

  -Strong analysis、management and correspond ability; Know 8D and other quality control method; Know  JIT，5S, Muda, ect.

-Listening and Writing with English; Skilled in MSOFFICE.
