专业技能要求Technical Skill Requirements：

- Familiar with die casting process, including equipment, tooling and parameter adjustment.

- Familiar with quality management system, such as TS16949,QS9000 or VDA

- Familiar with Flow chart、PFMEA、SPC、8D.

- Good at lean production system

- Skilled computer tools, eg. MSOFFICE, Auto CAD, Pro-E or Cateria

- Familiar with machining process & die casting mold design experience is a plus

工作职责及内容 Responsibilities:

- To develop and improvement die casting process

- To develop and update Flow chart, PFMEA and process instructions and other required process documents

- To lead process improvement, like cycle time studies, line balance and so on

- Support daily production floor activities to touch the QCDSM target

- Train and coach process technician, operator and other related people

- Achieve other tasks his supervisor asked.

- Support NPL to launch new project according to APDS and make sure new project can be seamless launched

- Support VEVA leader to finish the VEVA task

- Use APS tools to improve DPMU,LMPU and productivity

- Use PLM system to maintain M-BOM and related files

- Continuous improvement
