Responsibilities:
- 收集并维护经济，行业，客户及竞争对手数据；
  Acquiring and maintaining data on economic, industry, customers and competitors;
- 协助制定公司策略和发展计划，市场份额分析以及其他相关业务发展计划；
  Assist in the development of company strategy and development plans, market share analysis and other related business planning activities;
- 开展市场调研分析，并从中寻找业务机会；
  Performing market study and analysis, and deriving recommendations for business opportunities; 
- 制定并驱动公司整体战略；
  Formulating and driving corporate level strategy; 
- 参与事业部的战略制定，并作为内部咨询师，提供战略发展的支持。
  As internal consultant, involoved in BU strategy planning and providing the strategy methodology support.

Requirements:
- 大学本科或同等学历
  Bachelor degree or equivalent; 
- 具有创造性及战略眼光；
  Creative clear thinker with strategic vision; 
- 优秀的协作能力，与跨职能的利益相关者合作的能力；
  Excellent facilitative, collaborative skills, ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders;    
- 良好的沟通能力，数据分析经验及市场开拓精神；
  Good communication skill & data analysis expericence & market development spirit;     
- 具备电子与机械的基础知识及工科背景；
  Basic knowledge & Engineeing background of electronic& mechanical;        
- 熟悉office软件及良好的英文能力。
  Familiar with MS office & Good English skill include spoken / writing.
