Job Description

Development of design solutions

Design solutions for products within defined development goals.

Process functional links by adjustment of design features and elements

Develop design solutions, taking functional-, material-, production engineering and economic aspects into account, evaluate and coordinate with the relevant authorities.

Create time schedules, if necessary define and detail design alternatives.

Carry out investigations on functions, arrangements and design select / modify design elements

Further development / optimization analysis

For optimization of existing products, analyze and evaluate assemblies, components, reports and documents, sales orders and program requirements

To elaborate and communicate design solutions as a draft

Cause measurements, validations, function tests,

On particular demands and in case of special statistical events (i.e. field complaints) examine existing structures, create design solutions, align and concretize the design,

Define materials and manufacturing processes, induce trials and tests, create technical lists and special detailing. Check product publications.

calculations

Carry out calculations for strength, durability, wear, sizing and weight of the parts to be designed. Evaluate results, adjust and implement design solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or related major

Candidate can be University Graduates or:

experience in the field of product design

experience with development processes in vehicle industry

work experience 0 to 3 years.
