Job Description

-？？？？？？ Evaluate the test requirement, make sure the test capability & timing.

？？？？？？？ 对测试需求进行评估，确保在测试的技术能力和测试时间上能够满足要求

-？？？？？？ Build up test plan, get agreement with RB internal customer.

？？？？？？？ 制定测试计划，与内部客户达成一致

-？？？？？？ Complete the test according to the time plan and test standard.

？？？？？？？ 依照测试计划和操作规范，按时完成测试任务

-？？？？？？ Nominator the test progress, make sure test facility work smoothly, test condition align with test Spec., in time inform RB internal customer if any un-expectation, and involve into the failure module analysis.

？？？？？？？ 监控测试过程，确保设备正常运行、试验条件符合规范要求，及时向客户反馈异常并参与分析

-？？？？？？ Compose testing data and submit the test report to RB internal customer.

？？？？？？？ 如实记录各项测试数据并整理测试结果提交给内部客户

-？？？？？？ Maintain test facilities periodically, keep good condition of 5S.

？？？？？？？ 定期维护保养所负责的测试设备, 保持实验室良好的5S

-？？？？？？ Study the new test requirement, and establish reasonable test method.

？？？？？？？ 研究新的测试要求，制定合理的测试方法

-？？？？？？ Any other possible tasks arranged by supervisor/manager.

？？？？？？ ？部门主管/经理安排的其他可能的任务

Qualifications

1. Bachelor or Master degree in electrical or mechanical engineering (or equivalent)

2. 2 or 3 years working experience in mechanical design or testing of development and quality reliability test ;

3.？ Experienced in using PC office software and measuring equipment and basic of testing

4. Good command of English language both written and spoken
