岗位职责:

1. 负责线上商城，APP, 小程序以及其他平台上销售生鲜产品资料收集整理
2. 负责同线下生鲜部门沟通协调关于新品，价格，库存等跟产品相关信息。
3. 确保上线生鲜产品价格，可售数量，毛利准确合理，线上产品信息的准确性。
4. 管理线上销售产品，根据季节不同，持续更新线上销售的生鲜SKU，并根据各地区产品品项不同，优化各地地方性线上生鲜产品。
5. 同客服以及门店沟通，协调处理客户疑问和可能的投诉。

1. Be responsible for the information collection of the fresh products sold on Carrefour online store, APP, wechat mini program and other platforms.
2. Communicate with offline fresh team for the information of new items, prices and stock,etc.
3. Make sure that the prices, quantities and GM of the fresh products sold online are accurate and reasonable.
4. Manage the online fresh assortment, update the fresh SKUs according to the seasonality, and optimize the local assortment. 
5. Help the customer service department deal with the inquiries and possible complaints from the customers.
