Responsibility

1. HR System Data Maintenance. (Knowledge of Workday is nice to have)

2. HR System technical issue analysis and error solution.

3. Global and regional project meeting attendance.

4. Daily HR system enquires handling.

Qualification:

1. Basic knowledge of HR/ERP system

2 .Basic understanding of HR operation

3. Logic and good communication skills

4. Basic Japanese culture knowledge

Language requirement:

1. Proficient in Japanese (both in oral and writing) is must

2. Fluent in English (both in oral and writing)

工作职责

1.支持人力资源信息系统的日常维护。（有WORKDAY经验者优先）

2.提供人力资源信息系统的技术支持和错误解决。

3.参与总部和地区的人力资源相关项目。

4.提供人力资源政策流程相关员工咨询答疑服务。

任职资格

1.具有人力资源系统或相关系统的基础知识。

2.具有人力资源运营、共享服务相关基础知识。

3.逻辑思维与良好沟通能力。

4.对日本企业文化有一定理解。

语言要求

1.必须精通日语，口语表达和写作能力强。

2.英语流利，口语表达和写作能力强。
