Responsibilities:
· Responds to personnel inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures in an appropriate manner
· Maintain and coordinate HR systems running including Taleo, Hub, Achieve Talent, Exit pro, etc.
· Maintain HR related forms/reports such as temp/intern form, training records, weekly headcount report, monthly contract end reminder etc.
· Responsible for the entire recruitment process including requisition review, job posting, CV filtering, interview arrangement, offering, reference check, boarding orientation etc.
· Responsible for precise paperwork preparation.
· Maintain training documentations like training agreement, training file, training application form etc.
· Provide and coordinate overall administrative arrangement for immigration related tasks, including visa application, AIG Insurance purchase, company/government LOI control and issuing, work & residence permits application/renewal/cancellation etc.
· Liaise with NOV internal departments/agents/authorities to coordinate and resolve related HR issues
· Other HR tasks.
· Comply with all NOV Company and HSE procedures and policies
Qualifications / Requirements:
· Bachelor degree or above
