现有厂房2栋，建筑面积5000㎡，员工人数20人，其中管理人员8人； (There are 2 plants which cover an area about 5000 ㎡.We have 20 employees including 8 administrators.) 项目总投资3500万元，一期已建设完成进口全自动氧化线1条，国产全自动氧化线1条；二期规划国产全自动氧化线1条，油漆喷涂生产线1条（刹车盘UV喷涂生产线已在青岛幸立建设施工）； (Total investment is up to 35 million yuan, ; it has constructed 1 imported automatic oxidation line and 1 domestic automatic oxidation line in the first phase; 2 domestic automatic oxidation lines and 1 paint spraying production line are planned in the second phase.(The brake disc UV spraying line is being constructed in Qingdao .) 具备常温硬质氧化、低温硬质氧化同时生产的能力； (Have the ability of producing by hard anodizing in normal and low temperature at the same time.) 具备整套完备的环保设施，三废处理符合国家环保排放要求； (We have the complete set of environmental protection facilities,the disposal of three wastes meet the national environmental emission requirements.) 完备的检测设备：膜层测厚仪，粗糙度仪，盐雾试验机、显微硬度仪及各类检具； (We have complete testing equipments including film thickness tester, roughmeter ,salt spray test machine, Micro hardness tester and other kinds of testing tools.) 计划于2017年10月通过莱茵TüV组织的TS 16949:2009 质量管理体系及 ISO 14001:2004 环境管理体系认证； (We have planed to pass the certification of TS16949:2009 and ISO14001:2004 which organized by TüV in Oct,2017.)
